Phosphoric Anodising

Metro Engineering has installed a new Phosphoric Line to increase services to the Aerospace and Defence Industry, with the current uncertainty regarding Chromic Anodising past the Sunset Date of 21st September 2024, Phosphoric has become the alternative surface treatment prior to Priming and Structural Bonding.

We are able to Phosphoric Anodise components to sizes of 48 inch Long by 20 inch wide and up to a depth of 28 inches.

Coating Thicknesses are around 0.1 to 5.0 microns.

Specifications we can process to but not limited to are:

• Zodiac/Safran Aerospace Standard EPS 2035
• Zodiac/Safran Aerospace Standard EPS 2044
• AIM Altitude Process AAP S006

Please note that we do not Post Bond Prime, Phosphoric Treatment Only.
